【摘要】 目的:观察骨伤Ⅰ号方热熨合关节镜清理术治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将64例膝骨性关节炎住院患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组予以骨伤Ⅰ号方热熨合关节镜清理术进行治疗,对照组单纯予以关节镜清理术治疗。结果:2组患者症状均明显缓解,膝关节功能得到改善,治疗组总有效率为93.8%,对照组总有效率为84.4%,2组治疗前后膝关节Lysholm功能评分自身比较及组间比较差别均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗后疗效比较差别有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗期间未发现因药物引起的明显不良反应。结论:关节镜清理术后配合外用骨伤Ⅰ号方热熨治疗早中期膝骨性关节炎的疗效显著。其作用机制及远期疗效尚有待于通过进一步动物实验研究和临床观察来验证和阐明。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Observation Orthopedics No.1 side with arthroscopic knee surgery for osteoarthritis of clinical efficacy.Method:The 64 cases of knee osteoarthritis patients were randomly divided into treatment and control groups.The treatment group received Orthopedics No.1 side with arthroscopic operation in the treatment and the control group simply given arthroscopic operation for the treatment.Results:Two groups of patients may significantly ease the symptoms,and improve function in patients with knee.The total efficiency of the treatment group to 93.8%,meanwhile,the control group to 84.4%.Two groups function before and after treatment Lysholm knee score and their comparison between group differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment of the two groups is statistically significant difference(P<0.05).No found during treatment due to adverse drug reactions by the apparent.Conclusion:Orthopedics No.1 side with arthroscopic knee surgery for osteoarthritis significant effect.However,its mechanism and long-term effect is still to be further animal experiments through research and clinical observation to verify and clarify.更多还原
