【摘要】 目的:为评价经椎间孔入路单枚椎间融合器植入结合椎弓根钉系统复位固定融合治疗腰椎滑脱症的应用价值。方法:对30例腰椎滑脱症,经椎间孔入路单枚椎间融合器植入结合短节段椎弓根钉复位系统,行减压、复位、内固定、椎体间及后外侧植骨融合等治疗。结果:经10～28个月,平均13.6月随访,短时神经功能障碍1例,临床疗效优良率93.3%,椎间融合率96.7%。结论:表明经椎间孔入路单枚椎间融合器植入加短节段椎弓根钉复位固定融合能简化手术操作、减少并发症,降低治疗费用,临床疗效满意,是治疗腰椎滑脱症的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:In order to evaluate the transforaminal approach single-fusion cage into pedicle screw system and the treatment of spondylolisthesis reduction of the value.Methods:30 cases of spondylolisthesis,the transforaminal approach single-fusion cage and into short segments pedicle screw reduction system, decompression line,reset,fusion cage,within fixed and BAK Posterolateral fusion, and other treatment.Results:10 to 28 months,an average of 13.6 months follow-up, short-term one case of nerve dysfunction,clinical efficacy rate of 93.3 percent excellent,the fusion cage of 96.67 percent.Conclusion:That the transforaminal single-fusion cage and into short segments pedicle screw fixation can be reset to simplify the procedure and reduce complications is to reduce the cost of treatment is the treatment of spondylolisthesis in an effective way of Clinical satisfaction.更多还原
