【摘要】 目的:探讨城市与农村小儿肺炎中医证型及病原体的特点。方法:对300例小儿肺炎患儿住院当日作出中医辨证分型,并进行病原体检测,观察小儿肺炎中医证型及病原体在城市与农村患儿间的临床特点。结果:本次观察小儿肺炎中医证型之风寒闭肺证、风热闭肺证多见于城市患儿;痰热闭肺证、毒热闭肺证、心阳虚衰证多见于农村患儿;小儿细菌性肺炎多见于农村患儿;肺炎支原体肺炎多见于城市患儿;呼吸道合胞病毒肺炎多见于农村患儿;乙型流感病毒肺炎多见于城市患儿。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the characteristics of TCM syndrome types and pathogenic microorganisms of infantile pneumonia between urban and rural areas.Methods:Make TCM type for 300 cases of hospitalized children with pneumonia in the same day and detect the pathogene,observe the clinical characteristics of TCM syndrome types and pathogene of infantile pneumonia between urban and rural.Results:This observation of feng han bi fei zheng、feng re bi fei zheng of TCM are more common in urban areas children with pneumonia;Tan re bi fei zheng,du re bi fei zheng、xin yang xu shuai zheng are more common in rural areas children;Bacterial pneumonia is more common in rural areas children;Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia is more common in urban areas children;Respiratory syncytial virus pneumonia is more common in rural areas children;B influenza virus pneumonia is more common in urban areas children。更多还原
