【摘要】 目的:优选神香苏合滴丸处方及成型工艺条件。方法:通过正交试验,确定最佳处方配比及制备工艺条件。结果:最佳条件为药液温度80℃,10-12℃冷却,原药与基质比例为1:2.5,滴头直径1.5mm。结论:按照优选条件制备的滴丸,成品率高,符合药品标准的要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the optimum prescription and formation technics of Shenxiang Suhe Dropping Pill. Methods Determine the ratio of drug and base materials through orthogonal test.Results The ratio of the main drug and base materials was1:2.5.The optimum forming technics could be described as follows:the opium temperature of main drug is 80℃,and the cooling temperature is 10-12℃,with the ratio of 1:2.5 main drug to base material,the diameter of dropping tube is 1.5mm.Conclusion There was a high rate of dropping pill that were up to the mustard prepared with this optimum process.更多还原
