【摘要】 目的研究配方组分对巴布剂性质的影响,并优选其基质组分的最佳配比。方法以感官值为指标,单因素考察各组分对巴布剂性质的影响;采用正交设计法以感官值及剥离强度为指标优选其基质配方。结果优选的巴布剂基质配方为NP700:交联剂（Al（OH）₃:EDTA-2Na:AlCl₃）:甘油=0.75:（0.02:0.01:0.02）:10,调pH值为7。结论所得巴布剂基质配方较优。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Study on the impact of formula components for the cataplasma’s nature,and to optimize the formula ratio of matrix.Method First using single factor inspection to observe the impact of formula components for the nature of cataplasma with sensory value as indicator,then to optimize the formula ratio of matrix by means of orthogonal design.Results The best ratio of cataplasma base is NP700: （Al（OH）₃:EDTA-2Na:Alcl₃）:glycerol=0.75:（0.02:0.01:0.02）:10,pH=7.Conclusion The formula ratio of matrix which selected from the experiment above is better.更多还原
