超微粉碎技术对白芷中香豆素类成分的影响

【摘要】 目的采用HPLC法考查超微粉碎技术对白芷中2种香豆素含量的影响。方法色谱柱为Diamonsil C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μl),流动相为乙腈-水(65:35),流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长249nm。结果欧前胡素在0.0534~0.267μg(r=0.9998),异欧前胡素在0.0494~0.247μg(r=0.9998)内线性关系良好,欧前胡素和异欧前胡素平均回收率分别为99.19%、98.86%,RSD分别为1.61%、1.99%。结论白芷经超微粉碎处理后其有效成分欧前胡素、异欧前胡素的含量与常规细粉比价均有小幅增加,初步证明白芷应用超微粉碎技术进行处理后应用的可行性。

【Abstract】 Objective Use high performance liquid chromatography to check the content change of two types of coumarin in different Angelica dahurica super fine powder.Method Chromatographic column was Diamonsil C18 (4.6mm×250mm.5μl),fluid phase was Acetonitrile-Water(60:40).The flow-rate was 1.0 ml/min and the monitored wavelengh was 249nm.The outcome show that Imperatorin sample size at 0.0534~0.267μg(r=0.9998) and Isoimperatorin sample size at 0.0494~0.247μg(r=0.9998) showed good linearity.The recovery rate of Imperatorin and Isoimperatorin in Angelica dahurica were 99.19%and 98.86%,RSD were 1.61%and 1.99%.Conclusion The content of Imperatorin and isoimperatorin in Angelica dahurica super fine powder were higher than 100 mesh fine powder,proved the feasibility of the use of super fine crushing technology on Angelica dahurica.
