粗疣合叶苔及其内生真菌乙醚提取物的GC/MS比较

【摘要】 从粗疣合叶苔中分离得到一株内生菌,经形态鉴定为Chaetomium fusiforme。通过气相色谱一质谱联用技术比较了苔和内生菌乙醚提取物中的化学成分。粗疣合叶苔挥发油的收率为0.06%,分离出59个色谱峰,鉴定出49个化合物,已鉴定的化合物占总峰面积的84.64%。其主要成分是十氢-1,1,1-7.三甲基-4-亚甲基-1H-环丙基甘菊环(9.12%),十六烷酸(6.92%),1,2,3,5,6,7,8,8a-八氢-6-异丙烯基-4,8a-二甲基-2-羟基-萘(5.97%),S-四氯乙烷(5.61%)和乙酸(5.30%);而内生菌乙醚提取物中主要含有乙酸(35.05%),3-甲基-戊酸甲酯(21.25%),and 2,3-二羟基-丁烷(12.24%).尽管二者在化学成分上仅有乙酸和甲酸相同,但内生菌具有更好的抗菌抗肿瘤活性。可以认为粗疣合叶苔内生真菌是潜在的抗菌抗肿瘤药物资源,解决苔类资源问题。

【Abstract】 An endophytic fungus of Chaetomium fusiforme was obtained from a liverwort,Scapania verrucosa Heeg..The comparision of the constituents of ether extract between S.verrucos and the culture of C.fusiforme was investigated by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC/MS).The yield of ether extract based on dried plant material was 0.6%and fifty-nine compounds were included in S.verrucosa.1H-cycloprop[e]azulene,decahydro-1,1,7-trimethyl-4-methylene(9.12%), hexadecanoic acid(6.92%),6-isopropenyl-4,8a-dimethyl-1,2,3,5,6,7,8,8a-octahydro- naphthalen-2-ol(5.97%), S-tetrachloroethane(5.61%) and acetic acid(5.30%) were found to be the most abundant components among the 49 characterized compounds in S.verrucosa,which represented 84.64%of total extract.However,the constituents of the cultured endophyte extract contained mainly acetic acid(35.05%),valeric acid,3-methyl-,methyl ester(21.25%),and butane-2,3-diol(12.24%).Although the extracts of S.verrucosa and its endophyte showed little correlation in chemical composition,both of them demonstrated antifungal and antitumor activities.Furthermore,C.fusiformehave have a wider range of antimicrobial activities,which were better than the host plant.These results could support the suggestion of endophytes as an alternative of the host for medicinal activity.
