【摘要】 目的确定甘肃7个不同产地蒙古黄芪的品质优劣。方法:从性状、显微、理化等方面对甘肃7个不同产地的蒙古黄芪进行质量比较研究。结果:甘肃7个不同产地的蒙古黄芪在性状上区别较大;显微结构及薄层色谱有差异;用紫外分光光度法及高效液相色谱法测定有效成分含量差异较小:而灰分、酸不溶物和重金属的含量差异较大。结论:甘肃7个不同产地蒙古黄芪的品质差异较大,主要以庄浪、陇西、宕昌所产蒙古黄芪质量较佳。今后应从种、产、储、销等各个环节严格控制和提高栽培黄芪的质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Object:The essay aims at ascertaining the quality of Astragalus membranaceus(Fisch.) Bge.var.mongholicus(Bge.) Hsiao in seven producing regions in GanSu.Methods:From the shape of medicinal material,microcharacters,physicochemical property and some other aspects,the essay makes a comparative study on the quality of Astragalus membranaceus(Fisch.) Bge.var.mongholicus(Bge.) Hsiao in seven producing regions in GanSu. Result:As for the Astragalus membranaceus(Fisch.) Bge.var.mongholicus(Bge.) Hsiao in seven producing regions in GanSu, there exists a remarkable difference in the shape of medicinal materials and a difference in the microcharacters and TLC,a smaller difference in the content of the virtual components measured as UV and HPLC and a bigger difference in the following aspects:ash content,acid non-soluble substance,heavy metal content.Conclusion:There exists a remarkable difference in the Astragalus membranaceus(Fisch.) Bge.var.mongholicus(Bge.) Hsiao in seven producing regions in GanSu. There is a better quality in the Astragalus membranaceus(Fisch.) Bge.var.mongholicus(Bge.) Hsiao in Zhuanglang,Longxi and Dangchang.In future,we should strictly control and increase the quality of the cultivated Radix Astragali in the following successive steps:planting,processing,storing and selling.更多还原
