【摘要】 目的:建立肾虚黄体抑制流产大鼠模型,从细胞因子角度探讨模型大鼠流产机理,观察中药的干预作用,并进一步探讨其作用机制。方法:以羟基脲+米非司酮建立肾虚黄体抑制流产大鼠模型,观察比较正常妊娠组、助孕3号方组、黄体酮组、模型组孕鼠孕第12天血清IL-2、11-10、P及N0含量,计算胚胎吸收率。结果:造模后孕鼠血清N0、IL-2、IL-2/IL-10水平明显升高(p<0.05),而血清P明显降低。助孕3号方组孕鼠NO、IL-2、IL-2/IL-10较模型组明显降低(p<0.05),而血清P含量则明显升高(p<0.05)。结论:助孕3号方能够通过抑制Th2型细胞因子表达,抑制NO,促进P分泌,多环节共同调节Th1/Th2型细胞因子间的平衡,发挥其保胎作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 To set up the animal model of renal-deficiency and luteal-insufficiency abortion rats.To observe the effect of Prescription on Zhuyun-Ⅲon cytokines、Pand NO of spontaneous abortion rats and investigate the relationship among them. Setting up the animal model of renal-deficiency and luteal-insufficiency abortion rats with Hydrea and Mifepristone and grouping them at random in 4 teams.Each team has different treatment.Comparing the different level of IL-2、IL-10、Pand NO in blood serum of the rats and counting the rate of abortion,to investigate the mechanism of spontaneous abortion and the mechanism of action of Prescription on Zhuyun-Ⅲ. For the renal-deficiency and luteal-insufficiency abortion rats,comparing with the normal pregnant rats, the level of NO and IL-2 in blood serum and the ratio of IL-2/IL-10 both heighten significantly(p<0. 05),while the level of Pin blood serum degrade significantly(p<0.05).After treatment with Prescription on Zhuyun-Ⅲ,the level of NO and IL-2 in blood serum and the ratio of IL-2/IL-10 both degrade significantly (p<0.05),while the level of Pinblood serum heighten significantly(p<0.05). Prescription on Zhunyun-Ⅲcould degrade the expressing of Th1 type cytokines in blood.sertum,keep the balance betveen Th1 type cytokilies and Th2 type cytokities,degrade the leyel of NO andheighten the level of Pinblood serum,so it is good for preventing spontaneous abortion.更多还原
