【摘要】 目的:复制子宫内膜异位症大鼠模型,分别探讨女金胶囊对内异症模型大鼠血清可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(sICAM-1),可溶性血管内皮细胞黏附分子-1(sVCAM-1)水平及大鼠异位内膜组织细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1),血管内皮细胞黏附分子-1(VCAM-1)表达的影响,观察其疗效并探讨其作用机制。方法应用酶联免疫法分别测定内异症模型大鼠治疗前后及正常对照组大鼠血清sICAM-1、sVCAM-1的水平,应用免疫组织化学方法测定内异症模型大鼠治疗前后及正常对照组大鼠内膜组织的ICAM-1、VCAM-1的表达。结果女金胶囊能明显缩小模型大鼠异位灶体积,降低ICAM-1表达。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish the rat model of endometriosis.To observe the cruative effect to the rat model of endometriosis and the influence to serum sICAM-1、sVCAM-1 and the expression of endometrium ICAM-1、VCAM-1 of capsule of Nv Jin.Method Detected the contents of sICAM-1、sVCAM-1 in serum of rat model of endometriosis by means of ELISA.Detected the expression of ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 in endometrium tissue by means of immunohistochemistry.Result The volume of the Ectopic endometrium were reduced after therapy of the capsule of Nv Jin.The capsule of Nv Jin can reduce the endometrium expression of ICAM- 1.更多还原
