【摘要】 目的通过水提醇沉方法提取羊栖菜粗多糖,纯化后测定羊栖菜中多糖含量,为今后羊栖菜化学及药理研究提供有益的参考.方法采用分光光度法、苯酚-硫酸显色法在490nm处测定其含量.结果羊栖菜中多糖含量达53.46%,平均加样回收率为99.37%.结论该方法实验操作简便,准确可靠,可用于羊栖菜多糖含量的测定.更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To detect the content of polysaccharide frome Sargassum fusiforme,and to provide some reference for research on chemistry and pharmacology.METHODS UV-spectrophotometer and phenol-sulfuric method were used,the detection wavelength was 490nm.RESULTS The percent of polysaccharide in Sargassum fusiforme was 53.46%and average recovery was 99.37%,RSD=2.19%.CONCLUSION This method is simple,convenient and reliable.更多还原
