【摘要】 目的:对金胆胶囊建立质量标准。方法:对方中虎杖、龙胆、猪胆膏建立TLC鉴别,用高效液相色谱法对龙胆苦苷进行测定。结果:龙胆苦苷在0.052 g～0.728 g范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为97.00%。结论:该法操作简便,结果准确,重复性好,可以控制金胆胶囊的质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM:To establish the quality standard for Jindan capusle.METHODS:TLC was useto identify rhizoma polygoni cuspidati,Radix gentianae and Pulvis fellis suis.The contents of Gentiopicroside was determined by HPLC.RESULTS:The linear range of Gentiopicroside was 0.052 g～0.728 g,r=0.9999.The average recovery was 99.78%.CONCLUSION The methods are simple.The result is accurate and the reproducibility is good.There mothods can be useas the quality control of Jindan capsule.更多还原
