吴茱萸超微饮片的HPLC指纹图谱研究

【摘要】 目的研究吴茱萸超微饮片的HPLC指纹图谱,考察其有效成分含量,为吴茱萸超微饮片的质控提供可靠方法。方法色谱柱为大连依利特公司Hypersil BDS C18（4.6m×200m,5μm）柱。流动相为乙腈-含0.04%辛烷磺酸钠和0.05%磷酸的水溶液二元梯度洗脱,柱温为35℃,流速为1.0ml·min-1,检测波长为225nm。结果初步建立了吴茱萸超微饮片的HPLC指纹图谱,标定了20个共有峰。结论利用HPLC指纹图谱可以较全面的控制吴茱萸超微饮片的内在质量。
【Abstract】 Objective To determine the HPLC fingerprint of the Ultramicro Fructus Evodiae and to test its potent constituent content.Methods Chromatographic column:Hypersil BDS C18（4.6mm×200mm,5μm）.Mobile phase:acetonitrile-0.04% octane sulfuric acid sodium salt and 0.05%phosphoric acid in water in a gradient mode.Column temperature:35℃.Flow rate:1.0 ml·min-1.Wavelength:225nm.Results The fingerprint of Ultramicro Fructus Evodiae was established and 20 common peaks were found in the fingerprint.Conclusion The methods and data can be used to control the quality of the Ultramicro Fructus Evodiae.
