西兰花中萝卜硫素制备方法及抗癌作用的研究

【摘要】 通过查阅国内外文献,对萝卜硫素[1-异硫氰酸-4-甲磺酰基丁烷]从西兰花中的分离、提取及其它制备方法进行了详细地介绍,同时介绍了国内外对其抗癌活性的研究,显示了诱人的研究开发前景,为开发和利用西兰花奠定了基础。
【Abstract】 This paper is presented on the isolation、the extraction and other preparation methods of sulforaphane [1-isothiocyanato-4-(methysulfinyl)-butane]obtained in broccoli in detail by referring to literature at home and abroad,and the studies on its anticaricinogenic activity,which diaplays the bright prospect of development on it,and establishes the groundwork for developing and utilizing broccoli.
