紫菀中多酚类化合物的研究

【摘要】 目的研究紫菀(Aster tataricus L.f.)的多酚类化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱层析,通过理化和波谱分析方法鉴定化合物结构。结果从紫菀石油醚及醋酸乙酯萃取部位分离得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为:山奈酚(Kaempferol,Ⅰ)、槲皮素(Quercetin,Ⅱ)、芹菜素(Apigenin,Ⅲ)、大黄酚(chrysophanol,Ⅳ)、大黄素(emodin,Ⅴ)、大黄素甲醚(physcion,Ⅵ)、橙皮苷(hesperidin,Ⅶ)、山奈酚-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(Kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,Ⅷ)、芹菜素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,Ⅸ),芦荟大黄素(Aloe-emodin,Ⅹ)。结论化合物Ⅶ,Ⅷ,Ⅸ,Ⅹ为首次从紫菀中分得。
【Abstract】 Object To study the phenolic compounds in the root and rhizome of Aster tataricus L.f.Methods Compounds were isolated and purified by silica column chromatography.Their structures were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral analyses.Results Ten compounds are isolated and identified as Kaempferol,Quercetin,Apigenin,chrysohanol,emodin, physcion,hesperidin,Kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,Apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,Aloe-emodin (Ⅹ).Conclusion CompoundⅦ,Ⅷ,ⅨandⅩwere isolated from A.tataricus L.f.for the first time.
