【摘要】 目的:探讨不同治法对实验性大鼠脂肪肝的防治效果及其作用机制。方法:采用高脂饲料辅以乙醇和CCl₄复制脂肪肝大鼠模型,观察大鼠肝组织中肝脂、血清肝功能和血脂,肝组织中SOD、MDA含量及肝细胞线粒体膜流动性,肝组织病理学变化。并以化痰祛湿、活血化瘀、疏肝解毒、健脾消导四种不同治法进行防治,观察其对上述指标的影响。结果:各治疗组均能明显改善肝功能（P<0.05或0.01）;活血化瘀、健脾消导法能明显降低血脂、肝脂及肝细胞脂变程度、减轻肝脏炎症活动（P<0.05或0.01）,同时可显著降低MDA,增强SOD活性和肝线粒体膜流动性（P<0.05或0.01）;疏肝解毒法虽能降低MDA,增强SOD活性和肝线粒体膜流动性（P<0.05）,但对肝脂、血脂无明显降低（P>0.05）。结论:各治法可通过清除机体自由基,增强抗氧化能力,调节和改善自由基代谢平衡,从而不同程度地防治肝脂变和肝脏炎症活动,尤以活血化瘀、健脾消导法为优。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To probe the mechanism of different therapeutics methods in the prevention and treatment of rats with fatty livers.Methods:Fed the rats with feedstuff rich in fat as well as supplements such as ethanol and CCl₄ to reproduce the animal models with fatty livers,and observe the levels of fat in the livers,serum liver function and the levels of serum fat,the content of SOD,MDA in theliver tissues,the membrane fluidity of the mitochondra of the hepatic cells as well as the pathological changes happened in the liver tissues.Such four methods as transforming phlegm and dispelling dampness,quickening the blood and transforming the stasis,coursing liver and detoxifying toxins and invigorate the spleen and dispersing food as well were applied to prevent and treat the rats with fatty livers and the influence of the four therapeutic methods on the markers mentioned above was observed. Results:Liver function was significantly improved in each group（P<0.05 or 0.01）;quickening the blood and transforming the stasis,invigorate the spleen and dispersing food could decrease the levels of serum fat and the levels of fat in the livers,the range of fatty degeneration of hepatic cells and alleviate the inflammation of the livers（P<0.05 or 0.01）,simultaneously lower the content of MDA,strengthen the activity of SOD and the membrane fluidity of the mitochondria of the livers（P<0.05 or 0.01）;the method of coursing the liver and detoxifying the toxins could lower the content of MDA,strengthen the activity of SOD and the membrane fluidity of the mitochondria of the livers（P<0.05）.but could not affect the levels of serum fat and the levels of fat in the livers（P>0.05）.Conclusion:Each therapeutic method can clear free radicals,strengthen the ability of antioxidation,regulate and improve the imbalance of free radicals and as a result prevent and treat fatty degeneration and the inflammation of the liver.By contrast with the other two methods,the method of quickening the blood and transforming the stasis and the method of invigorate the spleen and dispelling food are more effective.更多还原
