【摘要】 目的探讨降脂颗粒联合凯西莱治疗酒精性和非酒精性脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法将98例脂肪肝患者随机分为两组,治疗组56例,使用降脂颗粒联合凯西莱;对照组42例,单用凯西莱治疗。3个月为1个疗程,观察患者治疗前后血清丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、甘油三酯(TG)、血清总胆固醇(TC)的变化。结果治疗组总有效率96.4%,而对照组仅73.7%(P<0.01):治疗组TG、TC治疗前后变化较大(P<0.01);治疗后与对照组比较(P<0.01),无严重不良反应。结论降脂颗粒联合凯西莱治疗脂肪肝是一种有效的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives:To explore the clinical effect of combined treatment with JiangZhiKeLi and Tiopronin on Alcoholic fatty liver and non-alcoholic fatty liver.Methods:98 patients with fatty liver were divided into two groups at random.56 cases in the experimental group were treated with JiangZhiKeLi combined with Tiopronin while the other 42 cases in the control group with Tiopronin only.Three month later(one course of treatment).The serum level of ALT、AST、TG、TC before and after the treatment were observed.Results:The effective rates in experimental group(96.4%) was significantly higher(P<0.01) than that in control group(73.7%) and the serum levels of TG、TC in experimental group was significantly lower(P<0.01) than that in control group and in experimental group before treatment.There had no side-effect in experimented group.Conclusion:JiangZhiKeLi combined Tiopronin an effective method in treating Fatty Liver.更多还原
