【摘要】 目的:探讨脂肝消丸对脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法:选择脂肪肝患者148例,随机分为治疗组86例、对照组62例,治疗组口服脂肝消丸,对照组服用绞股蓝总苷片、维生素E,观察治疗后的总有效率、肝功能及血脂的变化。结果:经治疗后治疗组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05);患者ALT、AST和GGT均明显降低,且优于对照组(P<0.05或0.01);同时TCh、TG及LDL较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05或0.01),HDL较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05),其中TCh、TG明显较对照组为优(P<0.05)。结论:脂肝消丸治疗脂肪肝疗效显著,能明显改善肝功能、降低血脂。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim:To evaluate the clinical curative effects of Zhigan Xiaowan for treating fatty liver.Methods:148 patients with fatty liver were divided into two groups randomly,the therapeutic group 86,treated by the Zhigan Xiaowan,the control group 62,treated by Jiaogulan Tablet and VitE. After treatment,total efficiency rate,the indexes of liver function and the level of blood lipid were detected.Results:The total efficiency rate of the therapeutic group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).ALT,AST and GGT were obviously decreased and better than that of control group (P<0.05 or 0.01).Meanwhile,the level of TCh、TG and LDL were lowered markedly,and the level of HDL were enhanced after treatment(P<0.05 or 0.01).There was significant difference on TCh and TG between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of Zhigan Xiaowan was marked on fatty liver.It can regulate liver functions and decrease blood lipid obviously.更多还原
