【摘要】 [目的]探讨症状性颅内动脉狭窄血管内治疗(球囊扩张成形术和支架成形术)的短期效果、适应症和安全性。[方法]回顾性分析8例症状性颅内动脉狭窄血管内支架治疗病例的临床资料。[结果]5例颅内动脉狭窄主干均成功置入支架,狭窄率由术前平均78.3%下降至术后平均23,3%,3例颅内动脉分支狭窄均顺利进行球囊扩张成形,狭窄率由术前平均76.7%下降至术后平均15.6%,无颅内出血、靶血管内急性闭塞等手术并发症,1例M2段狭窄球囊扩张后发现夹层,但术后无症状出现。8例临床随访6个月,无TIA或中风发生,5例颅内动脉狭窄脑血管造影复查2例,无再狭窄。[结论]血管内治疗(球囊扩张成形术和支架成形术)颅内动脉狭窄是一种安全、有效的方法,但适应症和远期疗效还有待于进一步研究和观察。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To study the short-term outcome,indication,and safety of endovascular treatment(PTA with or without stent) for symptomatic intracranial arterial stenosis.[Methods]A retrospective study was carried out to evaluate eight patients with symptomatic intracranial arterial stenosis despite medical therapy who underwent endovascular treatment.[Result] Successful stent placement was achieved in five patients with intracranial arterial stem stenosis.without complications relative to the procedure,the mean degree of stenosis decreased from 78.3%before stent-assisted angioplasty to 23.3%after procedure. PTA was perfotmed smoothly in 4 patients with intracranial arterial branch stenosis,the mean degree of stenosis decreased from 76.7%before PTA to 15.6%after procedure,a dissection was observed in a target vessel located in M2 segment.No recurrent transient ischemia attack and stroke were noted in all the patient during 6-months clinical follow-up.Follow-up angiogram in two patients with intracranial arterial stem stenosis revealed no restenosis.[Conclusion]Endovascular treatment was a safe and effective method for f symptomatic intracranial arterial stenosis.It needs further practice and long-term follow-up study on indication and long-term efficacy.更多还原
