【摘要】 [目的]观察中西医结合治疗强直少动型帕金森病的临床疗效。[方法]治疗组22例按中医辨证为阴血亏虚、筋脉失养者用帕病1号方治疗,并配合西药美多巴;对照组19例单纯应用美多巴治疗。[结果]中西医结合治疗少动和强直型帕金森病疗效优于单纯西药组。[结论]帕病1号治疗强直少动型帕金森病是有效的,尤其是对患者日常活动及运动功能方面疗效明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To analyze clinical effect of integration of TCM and Western medicine on stiffing palsy.[Methods]The 22 patients with stiffing palsy were belong to deficiency of blood and tendons and used First Pabing Prescription treatment.In treatment group combination of TCM and routine western medicine(medopa) was utilized.In control groups only treatment of routine western medicine was carried on.[Result]The clinical effect of integrating of TCM and Western medicine group had obviously advantage than that of single medicine group.[Conclusion]Integration of TCM and western medicine may effectively treat stiffing palsy.Especially,it had obviously clinical effect on activity of daily life and exercise function.更多还原
