【摘要】 药品生产过程中,其质量检测是非常重要的环节。机器视觉技术包含光成像、传感器、数字图像处理、机械工程、检测控制等多种技术,是实现计算机集成系统的基础技术。基于机器视觉的智能检测技术是实现药品生产质量快速、自动检测与控制的新型重要手段。针对药品玻璃瓶包装的检测,提出了一种基于机器视觉技术的、适于实时在线检测和控制的方法,即通过计算机视觉系统,采集玻璃瓶图像,利用机器视觉软件进行液位测量、批号及标签检测,最终作出判断决策;介绍了基于HALCON机器视觉软件的药品玻璃瓶包装在线检测系统的硬件结构组成、软件平台及结构层次,以及在药品瓶包装批号、装液量、标签检测中的实际应用;指出了检测系统的特点与应用前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 During the pharmaceutical production process, the quality detection is a very important part.Machine vision technology includes optical imaging, sensor, digital image processing, mechanical engineering, measurement and control and other technologies.It is a basic technology to achieve the computer integrated system.Intelligent detection based on machine vision technology is a rapid and automatic means of drug production quality detection and control of drug production.A method is proposed for the packaging detection of pharmaceutical glass bottle which is based on machine vision technology.It is suitable for real-time detection and control.By the computer vision system, collecting glass bottles image and using the mechanical vision software for liquid level measurement, batch number and label detection, and the final decision to make judgments can be concluded.Based on the machine vision software HALCON, this article describes the hardware construction, software platforms and structural levels of pharmaceutical bottle packaging line detection systems, as well as the practical application in pharmaceutical bottle batch, liquid volume and label detection.It is pointed out that the detection system features and application prospects.更多还原
