Simultaneous Quantification of Lopinavir and Ritonavir in Human Plasma by High Performance Liquid Chromatography

【摘要】 <正>Objective The present study describes an accurate,sensitive and rapid reverse-phase(RP) high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method for the simultaneous quantitative determination of lopinavir(LPV) and ritonavir(RTV) in human plasma.Method Plasma sample(200ul) together with diazepem as internal standard was treated by liquid-liquid extraction using 1ml methyl tert- butyl ether.
