【摘要】 <正>Objective Observe the clinical effect of low dose glucocorticoid(GC)and hydroxychloroquine(HCQ)treat serologically active and clinical relapse in children with SLE. Methods Observe time is the 36 months after incipient therapy.SLEDAI is used as the index of clinical phenotype(±3)on clinical symptom and physical sign,and weight calculated.Inductive treatment of all the cases
