The Application of Oligonucleotide and Protein Double Recognition in the Detection of DNA Methylation with Surface Plasmon Resonance Biosensors

【摘要】 <正>Objective DNA methylation plays an essential role in maintaining cellular function.A growing number of human diseases have been found to be associated with aberrant DNA methylation,especially cancers.However,current technologies used in DNA methylation detection are complicated and time consuming.Surface plasmon resonance(SPR) biosensor technology is high sensitive for label-free analysis of biomolecular interactions.So we tried to establish a simple, rapid and specific technique based on SPR biosensors to detect DNA methylation.
