Differential expression profiling of RAGE transcript variants in esophageal and lung cancer

【摘要】 <正>Object The receptor for advanced glycation end products (RAGE) expression is different in solid tumors such as it is higher in esophageal cancers while lower in lung cancers. Methods RAGE contains two transcript variants:transcript variant 1 and 2,which form related mRAGE and sRAGE proteins.
