BMI-1 autoantibody in serum as a new potential biomarker for cervical carcinoma

【摘要】 <正>Objective New biomarkers,such as autoantibody signatures, may improve the early detection of cervical carcinoma.BMI-1 is overexpressed in a variety of cancers,which can activate the immune system to produce antibodies in tumor tissues,which may be as a biomarker for cervical carcinoma.
