【摘要】 企业创新是一个既涉及强弱又涉及方向的向量。取得良好的创新业绩不仅要求企业创新力度强,而且还要创新方向准。当前,国内外许多企业尽管投入了许多创新资源,但结果往往事与愿违,产生了创新过剩或创新缺口,使企业陷入创新困境。究其原因,在很大程度上这是因为它们或者缺乏对创新生态的关注,或者是创新所需要的内部知识储备不足,或者缺乏对外部互补知识的有效利用。本文在梳理企业创新理论研究文献的基础上,通过提出"创新向量"概念,以外部互补知识的有效利用为桥梁,将创新理论中两种不同视角的主流观点("创新生态观"与"创新演化观")有效匹配起来,使创新的可能域与必要域进行整合。本研究将根据企业知识存量及结构特征来识别和响应创新生态中的机会,并确定利用内部与外部互补知识的方式,以确立企业创新的有效域、创新路径、进程以及创新资源的配置方式与力度,从而提升企业的创新绩效。更多还原

【Abstract】 The firm innovation can be viewed as a vector which refers to not only to the power but also to the direction. In order to get good performance in firm innovation,strong power and right direction in innovation activities are required.At the present,lots of innovation resources are put in innovation activities,but things always go contrary to our wishes,which leads to innovation surplus or innovation gap,and makes the firm fall into difficult position. The reasons of this lie to a great extent in the lack of the attention on innovation ecosystem,the sufficient reserve of knowledge,and the use of outside supplementary knowledge.In this research,a new concept of innovation vector,is put forward to match the two different views in the mainstream("innovation ecosystem" and "innovation evolution" ),based on bridge of outside supplementary knowledge.In this way,the domain of possible innovation and the domain of necessary innovation can be integrated.Based on the knowledge stock in the firm and its structure features,the chances in the innovation ecosystem will be found and responded,and the way to use the supplementary knowledge will be determined.In this way,the effective innovation domain,innovation path,advances of the innovation and the ways in allocating the innovation resources can be established to enhance the innovation performance.更多还原
