基于DEA模型簇的技术创新效率研究
Research on Technological Innovation Efficiency Based on Several DEA Models

【摘要】 DEA方法的应用模型众多,不同的模型有不同的意义或重点,同时运用多种模型,可以使单个模型的结论互补,从而获得更全面深入的认识,也使数据蕴含的信息价值得以充分挖掘。本文以淮南市11个工业行业的9项投入产出指标调查数据为样本,分别运用CCR、BCC、SBM和Super-SBM模型,分析各行业的技术效率,并将技术有效的行业区分为纯技术有效和规模有效,对DEA无效行业计算投影,明确改进方向和数量。研究表明,基于DEA模型簇的运用,能够有效地解决决策单元技术效率、规模收益的相对评价与排序以及非有效单元向有效前沿面的"投影"的综合评价问题。
【Abstract】 There are several models in DEA,each has a different significance or focus.Appling these models at the same time can make the conclusions of a single model complement each other to obtain a more comprehensive and depth understanding and also make the value of information contained in the data fully excavated.In this paper,technology innovation efficiency of 11 industries in Huainan with survey data of 9 input and output indicators re-spectively by CCR,BCC,SBM,and Super-SBM models.Technical efficiency industries are divided into purely technical efficiency and radial efficiency,inefficient industry is improved by projection.These results show that ap-plication of several DEA models can effectively evaluate and rank on technical efficiency,radial efficiency of DMU and project inefficient DMU into the efficient frontier.
