【摘要】 通过分析国内外应急物资调运研究现状,从应急物流的角度出发,设计地震灾害应急药品调运的整体过程,建立多物资组合调运模型,分析多了目标下如何进行应急药品调运决策,采用模糊理想点的决策方法确定模型的最优解,为深入研究地震灾害应急物流的基本理论和方法提供例证,同时为地震灾害应急救援工作的组织与展开提供有益的参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on a quick review of domestic and international researches on emergency material transportation,in this research,we designes an overall process of dispatching emergency medicine under the circumstances of earthquake disaster.Firstly we built a multi-material combination transportation model to analyze how to make deci-sions facing a multi-objective problem.Then we determine the optimal solution of the model by using fuzzy ideal point method.This research can provide good examples for further researches on emergency logistics under earth-quake disaster condition,both theoretically and practically.Meanwhile,the research provides a valuable reference to emergency rescue work during earthquake disasters.更多还原
