【摘要】 社会转型期,各种诚信危机事件不断出现,公益性非营利组织(NPO)也深陷其中。公益性NPO的诚信是赢得社会资源,实现可持续发展的前提。本文将AHP结合SWOT分析的方法引入到公益性NPO的诚信危机分析与评价中。研究表明,AHP-SWOT评价方法对开展公益性NPO诚信危机评价具有较好的实用性,能够比较准确的评价当前我国公益性NPO诚信危机的现状。而加强制度建设,完善政策法规,建立诚信管理机制是克服危机困境是提高组织公信力的主要路径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Social transformation period,credibility and integrity crisis incidents appear constantly,public welfare NPO fell into it as well.Credibility and integrity are preconditions for winning social resources and sustainable de-velopment.This study employs analytic hierarchy process method to analyze and evaluate the SWOT for credibility and integrity crisis at public welfare NPO in China in order to provide reference for enhancing credibility and integ-rity management mechanism study.Result shows that AHP-SWOT evaluation method has preferably practicability,which can evaluate the credibility and integrity situation of public welfare NPO at present objectively.Strengthen system construction,improve policy and legislation,set up credibility and integrity management mechanism are the main method for overcoming the difficult position of crisis.更多还原
