基于多重分形的企业岗位分布测度理论研究

【摘要】 鉴于传统分形企业的研究无法从整体上考查企业岗位分布的实际情况,都只是以单一分形的固定弹性讨论部分企业的内部结构,未充分考虑产品市场的相关性和企业发展的非均匀性,现将所有的企业岗位整体看作一个系统,首先定义了系统的微观弹性和宏观弹性,以多重分形弹性变化的视角,构建了企业岗位分布的测度方法。其次通过两弹性的对偶变换突出了不同的概率层次,不仅为层次化地分析企业岗位提供了途径,而且说明了传统的单一分形分布是多重分形分布的特殊情况。最后利用多重分形的二标度Cantor模型简单证明了该测度方法适用于整个岗位分布的演变过程。

【Abstract】 The true posts distribution has not been investigated as a whole in previous studies although the concept of fractal company is widely accepted,and predecessors just discussed the internal structure in some enterprises without full consideration about the nonuniformity in the process of enterprises developing and correlation in the real products market.Based on regarding posts as a system,the method for measuring posts distribution is proposed by a variable elasticity perspective as multifractal,through the definitions of micro-elasticity(MIE) and macro-elasticity (MAE) in this paper.Furthermore,using the Legendre transformation between MIE and MAE to highlight the probability of different levels,the information about the posts system could be analyzed hierarchically,as well as fractal distribution was showed as a special case of multifractal distribution.It was proved simply by the two-scale Cantor model that the multifractal measure is applicable in the evolution process of the distribution at last.
