【摘要】 目的:建立基于有常数损耗率的疫苗库存模型,以期提高CDC疫苗的管理效率与利用水平。方法:对湖北省某市CDC管理的流感疫苗拟合有常数损耗率的库存模型,获得该市疫苗的最佳订货量、订货周期等参数。结果:该市成人流感疫苗的最佳订货量为每次5864支,订货周期为67天;儿童流感疫苗的最佳订货量为每次10078支,订货周期为65天。结论:通过有常数损耗率的库存模型能够有效地解决CDC疫苗管理中的利用效率问题,可为CDC建立高效的疫苗管理系统提供科学的参考依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objects:establish a vaccine inventory model with constant loss rate to improve management efficiency and utilization of vaccine in the center for disease control and prevention Methods:apply inventory model with constant loss rate to investigate influenza vaccine of CDC in HUBEI province and determine the optimal order quantity、order cycle and etc.Results:through calculating,the optimal order quantity of the adult Influenza vaccine is 5864,order cycle is 67 days;the optimal order quantity of the child influenza vaccine is 10078,order cycle is 65 days.Conclusions:utilizing the model is helpful to solve some problems including utilization efficiency and provide the scientific basis for establishing highly efficient management system.更多还原
