【摘要】 目的了解郑州市外来务工人员安全套使用现状,探讨不同干预模式对外来务工者安全套正确使用的影响,为在该人群中推广使用安全套采取有效的干预措施提供依据。方法采用分层整群抽样的方法,从郑州市中原区抽取889例外来务工人员作为调查对象,采取匿名问卷调查的方式进行调查。并运用析因设计的方法观察集中宣教和观看VCD两种干预模式的效果。结果外来务工人员中,62.9%(560/889)的人发生性行为使用过安全套,最近一个月发生性行为时33.2%的人从未使用安全套,只有17.6%的被调查者每次性行为都用。81.9%的人认为正确使用安全套能预防艾滋病,73.2%的外来务工人员在今后的性生活中愿意坚持使用安全套。不同干预方式对安全套正确使用知识得分的影响显示集中宣教对被调查者安全套正确使用知识得分有统计学差异(F=10.812,P=0.001),Logistic回归分析影响安全套正确使用的因素依次为艾滋病知识知晓程度、婚姻状况、性别。结论外来务工人员安全套使用率低,安全套正确使用和预防艾滋病知识缺乏,集中宣教是进行安全套推广使用和宣教正确使用知识时有效的干预方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate condom use status and intervention measures among the flouting workers,to provide evidences for valid intervention on generalizing the condom use among these people. Methods 889 flouting workers were investigated with the questionnaires by stratified cluster sampling. Two intervention measures of focused propaganda and watched VCD were observed the effect with factorial design.Results Among the interviewees,the rate of condom use was 62.9%,33.2%people did not use condom in sexual intercourse for recent one month,only 17.6%flouting workers would like to insist on using condom in the future.The effect on the score of condom use correctly knowledge in vary intervention showed the score of focused propaganda and education was significant difference(F=10.812, P=0.001),Logistic regression analyzing the influencing factors were the score of AIDS knowledge, marriage,education,sex,work species and income.Conclusion The rate of condom use is low,flouting workers lack the knowledge of condom use and prevent AIDS,focused propaganda and education is a valid intervention in generalizing use the condom.更多还原
