环太湖流域微囊藻毒素MC-LR同相关污染指标相关性分析

【摘要】 目的研究2009年7月-2010年6月一年间,环太湖流域微囊藻毒素MC-LR同主要污染物监测指标之间的相关性。方法通过对环太湖流域21个监测点的微囊藻毒素MC-LR、藻类密度、水温,pH,溶解氧,高锰酸盐指数,氨氮,总氮,总磷,氮磷比,叶绿素a,硝酸盐氮,总有机碳进行连续监测,按照GB3838-2002《地表水环境质量标准》Ⅱ类水体限值进行评价,采用SPSS15.0统计软件对微囊藻毒素MC-LR与主要污染指标进行相关性分析。结果发现污染最严重的指标是总氮,年平均值是Ⅱ类水限制的5.84倍。微囊藻毒素MC-LR同高锰酸盐指数,藻类密度,总有机碳呈统计学正相关;通过逐步回归分析发现,回归方程为:微囊藻毒素MC-LR=0.01+0.20×高锰酸盐指数+5.2 3×10-5×藻类密度
【Abstract】 objective To know the correlation between microcystin concentration(MC) and the water pollution indexes of the area around Taihu lake from July 2009 to June 2010.Method The microcystin concentration(MC) and water pollution indexes water temperature(WT),pH, dissolved oxygen(DO),permanganate index(CODMn),ammonia- nitrogen(NH3-N),total nitrogen (TN),total phosphor(TP),TN/TP,chlorophyll-a(Chla),nitrate-nitrogen(NO3-N),total organic carbon(TOC) from July 2009 to June 2010 were determined.The statistical analysis of correlation between MC and the water pollution indexes was performed with SPSS 15.0 statistical software with possible correlations among pollution indexes being tested by Bivariate correlations.Results It showed that the serious pollution index was TN,the annual mean value was 5.84 times of the limit shown in GB3838-2002(levelⅡ).MC had the significant positive correlation with CODMn, ACD and TOC.Using stepwise regression,we got the regression equation: MC = 0.01+0.20×CODMn+5.23×10-5×ACD
