上海市孕妇乳汁中多溴联苯醚暴露水平研究

【摘要】 目的多溴联苯醚(polybrominated diphenyl ethers,PBDEs)在中国已经得到广泛的应用,然而人群中PBDEs暴露水平的研究尚少。本研究通过对上海市城郊地区母乳中PBDEs含量的测定,了解该地区人群中PBDEs的暴露水平及其相关影响因素。方法 2006年9月-2007年4月,在上海市城郊采集48个孕妇的乳汁样本,采用气相色谱-负化学电离源-质谱法(GC-NCI-MS)测定其中七种PBDE同族体(BDE-28,BDE-47,BDE-100,BDE-99,BDE-154,BDE-153和BDE-183)的含量,并对它们之间的相关性和影响因素进行研究。结果上海市城郊地区母乳中∑7PBDEs中位数为8.81 ng/g lipid,范围为1.92-41.55 ng/g lipid,高于国内现有研究中其他地区人群母乳PBDEs暴露水平,与其他国家相比,高于瑞典、英国和日本人群母乳PBDEs的暴露水平,但低于美国人群母乳PBDEs的暴露水平。各同族体检出率在83%-98%之间,中位数分别为BDE-153 2.17 ng/g lipid,BDE-183 1.41 ng/g lipid,BDE-99 1.39ng/g lipid,BDE-154 1.14 ng/g lipid,BDE-47 0.99 ng/g lipid,BDE-100 0.97 ng/g lipid,BDE-280.88 ng/g lipid。相关影响因素分析发现母亲受教育和收入水平与母乳PBDEs暴露水平呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论数据显示上海市城郊地区人群母乳中PBDEs暴露普遍,PBDEs各同族体检出率均在83%以上,其对婴幼儿健康的影响值得进一步研究。母亲受教育水平和收入水平可能与母乳PBDEs暴露水平存在正相关。
【Abstract】 Objective Polybrominated diphenyl ethers(PBDEs) are being used widely in China.However,little is known about the levels of exposure to PBDEs in population of Shanghai. In this study,the concentration of PBDEs in breast milk and influencing factors were analyzed. Methods Breast milk of 48 healthy pregnant women was collected between September 2006 and April 2007 in the suburbs of Shanghai.Seven congeners(BDE-28,BDE-47,BDE-100,BDE-99, BDE-154,BDE-153 and BDE-183) were measured;the correlation between them and the influencing factors was also studied.Results The median of total PBDEs content of breast milk was 8.81 ng/g lipid,and the range was 1.92- 41.55 ng/g lipid.Levels of PBDEs in Shanghai were higher than those reported for breast milk in other cities in China.Compared to other countries,it was higher than that of Sweden,the United Kingdom and Japan,but lower than that of U.S.The detection rates of PBDE congeners were between 83%-98%,and the median of the seven congeners was 2.17 ng/g lipid for BDE-153,1.41 ng/g lipid for BDE-183,1.39 ng/g lipid for BDE-99,1.14 ng/g lipid for BDE-154,0.99 ng/g lipid for BDE-47,0.97 ng/g lipid for BDE-100 and 0.88 ng/g lipid for BDE-28.Correlation analysis showed that maternal levels of education and income have a positive correlation to PBDEs levels in breast milk(P<0.05).Conclusion Data suggested that it is very common to expose to PBDEs in breast milk in population of Shanghai,the detection rate was more than 83%for every PBDE congener,and the effects of maternal PBDEs exposure from breast milk on children’s health need to be further studied.Maternal levels of education and income may have a positive correlation to levels of PBDEs in breast milk.
