离体和在体消毒方法相关性的初步研究

【摘要】 本文对在体消毒模拟现场试验、离体猪皮和仿真皮消毒模拟现场试验进行了消毒效果的研究,以金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌,大肠埃希氏菌,粘质沙雷氏菌为试验菌进行测试。试验结果表明,离体模型中,仿真皮消毒模拟现场试验结果和在体消毒模拟现场试验结果的细菌减少对数值均大于3.0,猪皮消毒模拟现场试验结果的细菌减少对数值均大于2.0。离体仿真皮消毒试验结果与在体消毒试验细菌减少的数量级相近,离体猪皮模拟消毒试验细菌减少率虽然相对较低,但与在体试验结果有较好的相关性。离体仿真皮和猪皮的应用简化了在体消毒模拟试验程序,有利于研究各种手用消毒产品杀灭经手传播病原菌的能力,可替代在体皮肤消毒试验评价产品的消毒效果和皮肤微生物的相互作用。

【Abstract】 In this paper,the disinfection efficacy was conducted using in vivo model of hand disinfection simulated field test and in vitro model of pigskin and imitated skin using Staphylococcus aureus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Escherichia coli,Serratia marcescens as the test organisms.The results showed that the log reductions of in vitro imitated skin were similar to those of in vivo skin tests,larger than 3.0 of log reduction,the average log reduction of in vitro pigskin test was greater than 2.0,having good correlation with in vivo test.Application of in vitro test simplified the test procedure of in vivo test.In vitro model will be beneficial to study the ability to eliminate hand-transmitted pathogens,confirming the use of pigskin and imitated skin as human skin substrate for the evaluation of skin antiseptics and skin-microbe interactions.
