【摘要】 目的了解葡萄糖酸氯己定复合乙醇消毒液的杀菌效果及毒性。方法参照《消毒技术规范》方法,采用悬液定量杀菌试验和动物毒性试验方法进行了试验研究。结果以含葡萄糖酸氯己定2000mg/L,和53%乙醇组成的消毒液对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌作用0.5min杀灭对数值均>5.00;对白色念珠菌作用0.5min杀灭对数值>4.00。该消毒液涂擦双手作用1.0mm,对手表面自然菌的平均杀灭对数值为>2.45,且各次试验杀灭对数值均>1.00。急性经口毒性试验,对大鼠和小鼠LD₅₀均>5000mg/kg BW,属实际无毒,对家兔皮肤无刺激性,微核毒性试验结果试验组与阴性对照组比较差异无显著性意义,未见致突变作用;亚急性毒性试验结果,给药量在1000mg/kg BW以下,与阴性对照组比较,对大鼠的体重、脏体系数、血常规及血清生化指标无显著影响,脏器组织病理学检查未发现异常。结论葡萄糖酸氯己定复合乙醇消毒液毒性较低,对皮肤刺激小,在使用浓度下毒理学是安全的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore germicida effect and toxicity of Chlorhexidine Glueonate disinfectan mixed with alcohol.Methods:According to《Technical Standard For Disinfection》,we performed suspension quantitative germicidal test and animal toxicity test.Results:The killing logarithm values of Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli exposed to the disinfectant containing 2000mg/L Chlorhexidine glueonate and 53%alcohol for 0.5min were>5.00;the killing logarithm values of Candida albicans were>4.00.The killing logarithm values of natural bacteria on hand surface effect by hand of the stock solution for 1.0min were>2.45,and the killing logarithm values were>1.00 in all tests.The LD₅₀ of this disinfectant in mouse and rat oral toxicity test were higher than 5000mg/kg BW,suggested it belonged to practically non-toxic substance,and showed it was no irritation on skins of rabbits,the result of mouse bone marrow polychromatic erythrocyte micronucleus test showed no significant difference,found no mutagenic;In subacute toxicity experiments,the body weight,organ coefficient and blood routine,serum biochemical indexes in different dosage groups（<1000mg/kg BW） showed no significant different,no obvious pathological changes of various organs were observed.Conclusion:The Chlorhexidine Glueonate compound with alcohol disinfectan in used dosages is low toxicity and low irritation to the skin,it is safy in toxicology.更多还原
