莆田市秀屿港蝇类种群密度观察

【摘要】 目的了解莆田市秀屿港蝇类种类、种群密度与季节消长。方法选择码头、生活区为观察点,调查不同环境蝇类组成和种群密度,观察重要蝇种季节消长。每月观察2次,以笼诱法计算种群密度。结果本调查于2003~2004年在秀屿港共捕获各种蝇类9 757只,录属5科25属31种,平均密度指数为106.05只·笼-1·d-1。家蝇是当地优势蝇种,占全部捕获蝇数的33.07%,其次是市蝇和丝光绿蝇,分别占全部捕获蝇数的19.37%和18.64%。当地蝇类于2~12月均可捕获,3月份种群密度明显上升,5月份为活动高峰期。重要蝇种家蝇于5~7月份为活动高峰,大头金蝇于7月份为活动高峰,而巨尾阿丽蝇则活动于春季于5月份为活动高峰。结论秀屿港蝇类种类丰富,种群密度较高,环境整治是控制蝇类种群密度的根本措施。

【Abstract】 Objective To survey densities of the population and the seasonal variation of flies in the Xiu Yu Port at Putian city.Methods The densities of the population and consist of species were investigated at different environments where the docks and the living environment.The seasonal variation of the population were surveied in interval fifteen day.The index of density were calculated in the number per cage per day by the baitting cage.Results Total 9 757 and 31 species were caught in the Xiu Yu Port in 2003~2004,which belonged to 5 families and 25 genera. Average the index of density was 106.05.Musca domestica was the dominant species,which was 33.07%in the total amount.The activating of flies was found in February to December,the peaking were in May.The peaking of Musca domestica were found in May to July.It was in July for Chrysomya megacephala.But the actively of Aldrich grahami was found in the Spring,the peaking was in March to May.Conclusion The species and the density of population were abundant in the Xiu Yu port.It is important which the envionments were administered to control the density of population.
