【摘要】 目的探讨奋斗呐可湿性粉剂地面滞留喷药后,对家鼠鼠疫疫源地鼠体蚤及地面游离蚤的杀灭效果。方法将5%的奋斗呐可湿性粉剂配制成1:120浓度的水悬剂型实施地面滞留喷洒,室内和室外(包括禽畜圈栏)均匀喷洒(100 ml/m~2);墙角、狗窝、鼠洞及有鼠迹的地方重点喷药(180～200 ml/m~2);每户用药量按120 g的原药计算。通过灭蚤前后的蚤指数变化情况,调查评估灭效。结果对鼠体蚤的杀灭效果为28.63%,地面游离蚤的灭效为39.72%。结论对地面游离蚤的灭效较好,但对鼠体蚤的灭效较差,还有待进一步观察。但居民区室内外环境卫生的综合治理也很重要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study on the killing ratios rodents’parasitic flea and ground free flea after resort spra- ring on the ground in the focus of house mice plague.Methods According to per house 120 g the power.5% Fending was diluted the liquid(1:120),resort spraying method in indoor and field(100 ml/m~2),especially in the foot of a wall and kennel and holes and traces of mouse(180-200 ml/m~2).Through counted rodents’ parasitic flea and ground free flea killing ratios contrast between before the application and after the application.Results The killing ratios rodents parasitic flea and ground free flea are 28.63 and 39.72%respectively.Conclusion Free on the ground to eliminate fleas better efficiency,but in the rat flea to eliminate poor efficiency,still requires further observation. However,residential areas of indoor and outdoor sanitation comprehensive management is also very important.更多还原
