饮水砷价态含量随时间变化的观察分析

【摘要】 目的了解饮水中不同价态砷含量随时间的变化情况,为完善砷标准提供参考。方法2007年12月分别在内蒙古自治区呼和浩特市和山西省山阴县砷中毒病区采集砷中毒病人家庭压井水水样33份,2008年7月在内蒙采集砷中毒病人家庭压井水水样10份;采用离子色谱氢化物发生原子荧光法对33份水样在现场即刻测量iAs(Ⅲ)和iAs(Ⅴ)含量,水样-20℃保存十天后在实验室进行了相应检测;采用配对t检验分析不同时间测量结果。对内蒙古采集的10份水样逐日测量了冷冻和室温条件下iAs(Ⅲ)和iAs(Ⅴ)含量变化情况。结果iAs(Ⅲ)含量现场即刻和十天后测量结果差别有统计学意义(t=6.291,P<0.001),10天后测量比现场即刻测量平均降低53.78ppb,95%CI(36.36,71.19)ppb;iAs(Ⅴ)现场即刻和十天后测量结果差别有统计学意义(t=-4.327,P<0.001),十天后测量比现场即刻测量平均增加23.75ppb,95%CI(9.47,26.31)ppb;总砷现场即刻和10天后测量结果差别无统计学意义(t=0.806,P=0.426)。逐日测量结果可见iAs(Ⅲ)含量逐渐降低,iAs(Ⅴ)含量逐渐升高。结论水体基质不同及采样、运输和保存样品的过程中会造成iAs(Ⅲ)被氧化为iAs(Ⅴ),导致不能精确测量不同价态砷暴露水平,因此现场即刻测量砷可以更为准确地测量砷价态暴露水平。

【Abstract】 Objective To know the variation of the concentration of the different valence arsenic detected in different time so as to provide the evidence for perfect the norm of arsenic in drinking water.Mehtods A total number of 33 water samples was collected from the arsenic poisoning epidemic districts in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and ShanXi Province in Dec 2007.iAs(Ⅲ)and iAs(Ⅴ)were detected with the HP-LC-AFS instantly when the samples were gathered,then the samples were freezed at-20℃and carried to the lab to be examined with the same method in 10 days.The data were compared between the instant concentration and that of 10 days with paired t test.A number of 10 water sample was collected in Jul 2008 and iAs (Ⅲ)and iAs(Ⅴ)were detected day by day.Results The instant concentration of iAs(Ⅲ)was significantly different from that of 10 days(t=6.291,P<0.001). The concentration of 10 days later is average 53.78ppb lower than that of the instant, 95%CI(36.36,71.19)ppb;The instant concentration of iAs(Ⅴ)was significantly different from that of 10 days(t=-4.327,P<0.001).The concentration of 10 days later is average 23.75ppb higher than that of the instant,95%CI(9.47,26.31) ppb;The instant concentration of total arsenic was not significantly different from that of 10 days(t=-0.806,P=0.426).;It was shown from the day by day examination that iAs(Ⅲ)gradually reduced while iAs(Ⅴ)gradually increased.Conclusion It could cause that the iAs(Ⅲ)was oxidated into iAs(Ⅴ)by the different basis of water and the conditions of being collected and carried,so it was better to get the accurate concentration of the valence of arsenic to detect the water sample instantly when they were collected.
