【摘要】 [目的]分析克拉玛依市石油矿区居民期望寿命和有关指标,为制定延长寿命和提高生命质量措施提供依据。[方法]调查期间内全部死亡病例,按国际疾病分类标准(ICD-10)进行死因分类,统计死亡概率、期望寿命、去除某种死因后减寿年数、损寿率等项指标。并对各项指标进行分析。[结果]全死因期望寿命平均79.7岁,男性78.27岁,女性82.79岁;汉族80.62岁,少数民族76.48岁;前4位主要死因损寿年数0.87-3.08岁,损寿率在1.09%-331%之间。[结论]该市居民期望寿命普遍高于全国一般水平,女性高于男性,汉族高于少数民族,为提高期望寿命,老年慢性病的防治不容忽视。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives]Analyzed the inhabitant s life expectancy and the related target in Karamay city in2000-2004 year,and lengthened the life for the formulation and enhanced the life quality measure to provide the gist.[Methods]Investigated all dying case in the period,carried on the cause of death classification according to the international classification disease(ICD-10),calculated the probability of dying、the life expectancy、the decreasing life year after some kind of cause eliminated life、the decreasing life rate and so on,and carries on the analysis to each target.[Results]The average of all cause of death life expectancy is 79.7 years old,male is 78.27 years old,female is 82.79 years old;Han nationality is 80.62 years old,national minority is 76.48 years old;the former 4 main causes of death the decreasing life year is 0.87-3.08 year old,the decreasing life year is between 1.09%and3.31%.[Conclusion]Inhabitant’s life expectancy in this city generally is higher than the national general level,the female’s is higher than the male’s,the Han nationality’s is higher than the national minority’s, for enhancing the life expectancy,the old age chronic illness preventing and controlling are not allow to neglect.更多还原
