适合污泥脱水的机械原理分析

【摘要】 污泥脱水是城市污泥处理处置中的重要环节,面对如此理论与实际生产的功效差距,除排除药剂和管理的因素外也很难把水降到75%以下,笔者认为完全不能排除机械本身对污泥工作的效率问题。对于提高机械脱水效率的途径是建立在传统机械基础上的改进还是从脱水机理上的创新革新有待探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 Sludge dehydration is an important sector in sludge treatment.Confronted with the gap between theory and real efficiency,it is very difficult to reduce the rate of water content to 75% even without consideration of medicament and management factors.The author’s point of view is that there is obvious relation between sludge dehydration and the work efficiency of dehydration facility.Wether improving mechanical dehydration performance is based on the improvement of traditional method or innovation of dehydration mechanism is still a problem.更多还原
