【摘要】 目的观察芪苈强心胶囊对慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法 102例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组均给与常规西药治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加服芪苈强心胶囊4粒,每天3次。2组疗程均为8周,观察治疗前后2组心功能及相关指标的变化。结果治疗组总有效率91.8%,对照组总有效率76.9%,2组比较差异有统计学差异(P<0.05)。治疗前后2组6 min步行距离、左室射血分数、左室舒张末期内径、左室收缩末期内径、心输出量、脑钠肽等指标比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),且治疗组治疗后6 min步行距离、LVEF、BNP较对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论芪苈强心胶囊联合常规西药,可有效改善慢性心力衰竭患者的心功能,提高生活质量,改善预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Qiliqiangxin capsule in patients with chrionic heart failure. Methods 102 patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into two groups,one was the control group, the other was the treatment group.Both groups was treated with conventional anti-heart failure treatment,meanwhile the treatment group was added Qiliqiangxin capsule(three times a day,4granules each time).All patients’therapeutic course was 8 weeks,observeing the cardiac function and related indexes between the prior treatment and the post-treatment.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group and the control group was 91.8%and 76.9%respectively.There was statistical diference between the two groups(P<0.05).Compared the 6 minutes walking distance,the enhance rate of left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDd),the left ventricular end systolic diameter (LVESd),the cardiac output(CO) and the brain natriuretic peptide(BNP) between the prior treatment and the post-treatment,the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and the 6 minutes walking distance, LVEF,BNP had statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Qiliqiangxin capsule combined with conventional medicine could effectively improved cardiac function inpatients with chrionic heart failure patients.更多还原
