【摘要】 目的了解盐城市社区人群2型糖尿病(DM)患者血糖控制状况。方法在南京市鼓楼医院牵头下,由指定的研究机构对全省社区人群糖尿病患者血糖控制状况进行统一调查,本次对盐城市2家三级医院、3家二级医院及3家社区医院,就诊半年以上的门诊糖尿病患者,进行了随机抽样调查,并检测了糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2hPG)等,获得有效研究样本261人。结果在261例现患DM患者中,90.42%的患者平时在二级和社区医疗机构就诊,而三级医疗机构的就诊数占9..58%;男性血糖控制率好于女性,不同文化水平、职业、经济收入,其血糖控制的水平与因素间无明显相关。结论对社区人群2型糖尿病患者尽早开展有针对性的综合预防控制措施,可有效改善该人群的血糖状况。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the conditions of type 2 DM patients’ blood sugar control in communities of Yancheng City.Methods Under the guidance of Jiangsu Nanjing Gulou Hospital the designated medical institutes made a unified survey on blood sugar control of DM patients in all the provincial communities.In the survey we carried out some random samplings,testing on 261 persons from 2 third grade hospitals,3 second grade hospitals and 3 community clinics.Results Of the 261 DM patients about 90.42%were treated in second grade hospital or community clinics with only 9.58%in third grade hospitals.Male’s better than female’s.The factors like educational level,profession,income were not relevant to blood sugar control.Conclusions Apt comprehensive treatments should be carried out for type 2 DM patients in communities.It can efficiently improve blood sugar control among these peoples.更多还原
