【摘要】 目的明确甲型H1N1流感病例的来源,探索病例间传播方式,总结防控工作的经验和教训。方法采集流感样病例的咽拭子,采用RT-PCR、Real-time PCR法进行核酸检测。采用现场流行病学调查方法 ,开展病例诊断、疫情调查和控制工作。结果此起疫情累计发生流感样病例326人,罹患率为17.9%,实验室确诊甲型H1N1病例31人,所有病例经治疗后均痊愈。结论此起疫情为监狱甲型H1N1流感暴发,经采取流行病学调查、停工、隔离治疗、预防服药、个人防护、通风消毒、健康教育等综合措施,疫情得到有效控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To identify the source of influenza A(H1N1) infections,determine the transmission pattern among patients,and summarize the experience derived from the prevention and control work.Methods Throat swab of influenza-like illness(ILI) cases was collected and DNA of flu virus was determined by RT-PCR and Real-time PCR test.Epidemiological investigation,clinical examination, serological tests,RT-PCR and Real-time PCR test for influenza A(H1N1) cases were used to analyze and diagnose,and proposed control measures.Case diagnosis,epidemiological investigation and control measures were performed based on the results of on-site epidemiological investigation.Results 326 ILI cases were screened and 31 cases were confirmed with influenza A(H1N1),and the attack rate of ILI case was 17.9%.All patiens were cured.Conclusions Outbreak of influenza A(H1N1) in a prison was confirmed.Using epidemiological investigation,suspended work,isolation and treatment, preventive medicine,personal protection,ventilation,disinfection and health education,the epidemic was effectively controlled.更多还原
