【摘要】 目的探讨儿童青少年心理行为问题倾向的现况和主要影响因素。方法采用分层抽样方法 ,对宿迁市宿豫区和沭阳县各6所学校的2 373名儿童和青少年进行问卷调查。主要采用卡方检验和多因素Logistic回归分析。结果调查对象中有15.4%出现焦虑、品行问题、心身障碍、多动症等心理行为问题倾向中的一种或多种。焦虑、品行问题、心身障碍倾向在不同学习阶段有统计学差异(P<0.05),在初中学习阶段最严重。男性,母亲的文化水平较低是多动症倾向的主要危险因素,同时也受地区发展水平的影响。结论儿童青少年心理行为问题的指导应针对主要危险因素及高危人群,开展切实有效的干预措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the psychological behavioral problems and risk factors in children and adolescents.Methods A stratified sampling survey was conducted by the special questionnaire and 2552 children and adolescents were selected from 6 schools in Suyu and Shuyang of Suqian City.Chi-square test and multiple Logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the data.Results 15.4%of the respondents had initial psychological behavioral problems in one or more,such as anxiety,moral issues, physical and mental obstacles,attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD).Multiple Logistic regression analysis further showed that learning stage is the main positive factor of anxiety,moral issues,physical and mental obstacles(P<0.05),most serious situation in junior students.And boys,whose mother had low education level were the main risk factor of ADHD,which was also influenced by local social development. Conclusions The effective health intervention to carry out on psychological behavioral problems and risk factors in children and adolescents should address the major risk factors and vulnerable populations.更多还原
