【摘要】 目的了解上海地区在校中学生接种甲型H1N1流感疫苗前后的抗体水平;观察甲型H1N1流感疫苗对该人群的免疫保护作用。方法应用常规微量血凝抑制试验(micro-hemagglutinininhibit test,HI-test)对上海地区在校中学生分3个时间段进行甲型H1N1流感病毒抗体的血清学监测,3个时间段的抗体阳性率的比较采用Pearsonx~2检验进行分析。结果上海地区在校中学生在流感流行前血清抗体阳性率仅为1.3%,经过一段时间甲型H1N1流感病毒在人群中的流行后,血清抗体阳性率升高到8.5%,而在接种了甲型H1N1流感疫苗后,血清抗体阳性率升高为87.3%,经Pearsonx~2检验分析,3个时间段在校中学生血清中甲型H1N1抗体阳性率差异有统计学意义。结论在甲型H1N1流行前,上海地区在校中学生对其几乎没有免疫保护,接种甲型H1N1流感疫苗给该人群提供了较好的免疫保护。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the antibody levels of middle school students before and after vaccination with 2009 pandemic influenza A H1N1 vaccines in Shanghai;to observe the protective effect of 2009 pandemic influenza A H1N1 vaccines in this group.Methods We carried out the serological surveillance on the antibody levels of A H1N1 using the routine microhemagglutinin inhibit test(HI) in three periods,and used Pearson x~2 test to contrast the positive rate of antibody in three periods.Results Before the epidemic of 2009 influenza A H1N1,the positive rate of antibody among middle school students was only 1.3%,then it reached to 8.5%after a period of this epidemic,but after administered with the 2009 influenza A H1N1 vaccines,it increased to 87.3%,the result of Pearson x~2 showed that differences of the positive rate of antibody in three periods have statistical significance.Conclusions Before the epidemic of 2009 influenza A H1N1,middle school students in Shanghai almost have no immunization against this new type of virus,vaccination with 2009 pandemic influenza A H1N1 vaccines provide enough protection to this group.更多还原
