【摘要】 将城乡用地扩展边界引入到土地利用分类体系中,即将土地利用分类与地域空间划分相结合,城市(镇)用地扩展边界内的建设用地分别为城市用地和建制镇用地,城市用地分类只适用于城市(镇)内部的建设用地统计,以此建立统一的土地利用分类体系,达成"两规"在建设用地统计上的一致,实现"两规"的协调。更多还原

【Abstract】 Put expanding border of urban and countryside into land use classification, and let land use classification and divided region space be tied in wedlock each other, we build unified land use classification system. In this system, construction land inner urban expanding border is urban land and town land, urban land use classification only apply to internal construction land of city (town).
