TiB和La2O3体积分数对原位合成钛基复合材料高温力学性能的影响

【摘要】 利用常规钛合金生产所用的在真空自耗电炉熔炼技术和热加工原位合成了三种以近α为基体,TiB和La2O3多元强化的耐热钛基复合材料。研究了室温,600℃,650℃以及700℃的拉伸性能和650℃的热稳定性。借助X射线衍射仪、光学显微镜、扫描电镜分析了钛基复合材料的基体和增强体的微观结构。结果表明,增强体体积分数为2.11%的复合材料具有最好的力学性能。强化效果取决于增强体的含量、长径比以及基体微观组织。随着LaB6的增加,TiB会变得粗大,有效承载能力也会减弱。
【Abstract】 Three types of near-alpha based heat resistant titanium matrix composites reinforced with TiB and La2O3 were synthesized by common casting and hot-forging technology.Tensile deformation was performed at room temperature and 600℃,650℃and 700℃.X-ray diffraction was used to identify the phases of the composites.The microstructures of the composites and reinforcements were examined by means of optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy.Results indicate that the composite with 2.11 vol.%reinforcements obtains the best mechanical properties. Morphology and volume fraction of reinforcements,aspect of TiB whiskers and matrix alloys play dominate role in strengthening.The additional LaB6 leads to coarser grains and poor efficiency in load bearing.
