双向半螺旋振动脱水机的研究(英文)

【摘要】 本文介绍了双向半螺旋振动脱水机的结构特点和工作原理,分析了振动脱水机的动态特性,讨论了振动脱水机工作面上物料的运动状态。用该机对酒糟和造纸厂白液进行脱水处理,可分别回收去水量60%的酒糟和白液中的纸浆,对于废弃物回收再利用和消除污染公害具有十分重要的意义。用该机对磨机产品进行分级,实现了严格按粒度精确分级,对于降低磨矿循环负荷、减少过磨和提高精矿品位具有重要意义。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the structure characteristics and working principle of vibrating spin-drier of two-way and half-spiral were introduced.The dynamic characteristics of vibrating spin-drier were analyzed and the movement of materials on screen face was studied.The vibrating spin-drier was utilized for dehydration of lees and obtained more than 60%one-off dehydration efficiency.If it was used to treat with the white liquor of paper mill,it can recover paper pulp from the white liquor.It was a quite meaningful work on recycling wastes and eliminating social effects of pollution in order to protect the environment.If it was adopted on the separation of mill products,the strict classification according to granularity was accurately realized.It would help reducing the load of grinding ore cycle and overgrinding,and enhancing concentrate grade.
